Do not improvise with bleach because the shirt is white. The care label must allow the bleaching process, and the bleach product must cover the textile and use. Never mix bleach with ammonia, acids, vinegar, or another cleaner.

Pretreat and wash

Spot-test the selected laundry product at a hidden seam. If color and texture remain stable, apply the stated amount to the stained area and wait only for the label’s contact time. Do not let a product dry on fabric unless its instructions explicitly allow it. Wash with compatible colors and fabrics using the garment’s permitted cycle and temperature. Dose the detergent for the machine, load, soil, and water conditions from its label.

Inspection after washing

Check the front and back in neutral light while the area is still easy to distinguish. Look for brown color, an oily ring, tackiness, or a sharp edge created by rubbing. Limitations

Old coffee stains, prior dryer heat, unknown additives, unstable dyes, upholstery, vintage textiles, and garments with interlinings or glued trim may need professional care.
